Wow, What a day! I have been up at the Annabel Willaims training centre in the Lakes with Brett Harkness learning about off camera flash - Brilliant! Hello again to Emma from the last course and Lorraine and Anita. Superb day and lot's learned. Thank you to Brett.

What a month! Computer broke, busy as I have never been busy before, 5 weddings and no summer! Have had a great week one way or another, but it started with the fashion and cover shoot for Live Ribble Valley and will finish with my last summer wedding tomorrow. Love the images we produced, here are a few. Debbie the stylist and creative force at the mag excelled herself again!

What a busy month, I went from busy to crazy in three weeks, so I apologise to all my customers who are waiting for their album design and web sites! Been promoted at the magazine, so I'm now No1 Camera for Live Ribble Valley! Yipee! Here are a few images from the last week or two. Hope you like them x

Congratulations to Selina and Gary who got married yesterday at the Stirk House Hotel. Selina is my assistant, and I have to say made the most beautiful bride! I'd like to wish them both the all the best for their future lives together.

Gosh what a busy month, what with Live Ribble Valley and two weddings, it's been all go. I just wanted to say a big thank you to my most recent bride and groom Clare and James Piekos for being such sports and wanting to do something different with their wedding images. Great fun and our British spring weather held up for once!

Phew, been a busy day for me! After Holly, I was up in Spring Wood to catch the last of the bluebells with a lovely Pilates instructor and her team from Live Pilates Ribble Valley.

Wow, what an honour! I was today invited to photograph a potential future star by the magazine I freelance for [ Live Ribble Valley ]

At the weekend, Holly Steel wowed the judges on Britains Got Talent and today was her first day back at School. Oakhill College made her very welcome and laid on a welcoming party for her. All the Students waited outside for her arrival with Granada Reports. They shouted and cheered her arrival back to school. It was lovely to see that new-found fame hadn't changed her.

Spring in Spring Wood!

Well, would you believe it? Spring has actually arrived and I made the most of it at lunchtime and walked the dogs up Spring Wood just outside Whalley. The bluebells had arrived in force. What a spectacle!

And the pooches loved it too!

All these images are for a new book I'm working on to promote the colour and light to be found throughout the seasons in the Ribble Valley. Only another 10 months work to go!

What a week!

I've been shooting for Live Ribble Valley all week and have had a great time. Very varied work but all fun. Just thought I'd show you an image from the Art Decor shoot and the Doggie Daycare shoot. Both with Dog's. One dog was the gallery owners and one was mine, bless! Archie is a very handsome boy!
